When will my car be picked up?
- Pickup window
- 2–12 working days after the contract is signed.
- Hours
- 08:00 – 18:00.
- Driver call
- Approximately 60 minutes before arrival, from a Lithuanian or French phone number.
Make sure you — or someone on your behalf — is available to hand over the car.
What to prepare before pickup
Reset the car to factory settings before pickup (see below), then organise the following.
- Two sets of keys
- France — crossed-out registration paper / carte grise
- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg — parts 1 and 2 of the registration paper
- Certificate of Conformity (COC)
- Type 2 to Type 2 charging cable (in the trunk)
- UMC charger / 220V charger (in the trunk)
- Leave invoices, contracts, or personal documents in the car
- Hand any paperwork to the driver — all contracts are handled digitally
- Leave tinted windows in the front — they must be removed
→ Not sure what these documents are?
Deregistration and licence plates
Before handing over the car, you must deregister it with your local authority. The driver cannot take the car until this is done. Rules vary by country.
France
Deregister via the ANTS website before pickup. Once complete you'll receive an Accusé d'enregistrement (Déclaration de cession) — please email us a copy. Take a photo of the crossed-out carte grise before the car leaves. Licence plates stay on the car.
Germany
Deregister online or at your local Zulassungsstelle before pickup. Once deregistered, the licence plates are no longer valid and must be removed before the driver arrives. Keep the plates — return them to the registration office or retain them for future use.
Everywhere else
Contact your local vehicle registration authority to deregister before pickup. If you're unsure whether to remove your plates or leave them on, contact us and we'll advise.
You are welcome to remove the plates yourself — or we can take care of that as well.
Factory reset — disconnect your account
Reset the car to factory settings before handing it over. This removes your personal data and makes the car ready for its new owner.
- Tesla
- Disconnect your Tesla account from the car before pickup. Without this, you'll retain access to the car's location and data after the sale.
- Other brands
- Most EVs have a factory reset in the settings menu, usually under System or Privacy. This removes your personal profiles, navigation history, and connected accounts. If unsure, check your manual or contact us.

If you can't be present at pickup
Someone else can hand over the car on your behalf — a neighbour, friend, or family member is perfectly fine. Make sure they have the keys and documents ready, and know not to hand any paperwork to the driver.
They cannot wait if no one is available at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
No need to print anything
There's no need to print the contract. We retain all agreements online — it's paperless by design.
- Car deregistered, factory reset done, keys & documents ready
- Leave registration papers, COC and charging cables in the car
- Do not hand paperwork to the driver — everything is digital
