How signing works
- Accept your offer
When you accept the personalised offer, we prepare your contract.
- Complete your documents digitally
You complete and sign everything through our platform — legal signatures and documentation are handled digitally between you and EV-Remarketing.
- We confirm the details
The deal is fully confirmed once we've signed too, after checking that the car's details — model, version and mileage — match your submission.
Everything is digital
There is no need to print the contract. We retain all agreements online — it is paperless by design, and nothing is handed to the driver at pickup.
Signatures and confirmations are exchanged over email, so watch for messages from us around the time you accept your offer.
Payment comes before handover
Once the contract is signed, payment is transferred to your bank account before pickup — you don't hand over the car until it's confirmed. Payment first, handover second, always.
A note on withdrawing
If a seller withdraws from a signed contract, a penalty of €2,000 applies, which is stated clearly at the top of the contract both parties sign. This covers the operational costs associated with the sale.
The €2,000 withdrawal penalty is separate from any repayment requests or revised offers related to undisclosed damage, mileage, or service history.
→ When we may cancel or request repayment
- Accept the offer, then sign digitally over email — nothing to print
- Payment lands before pickup; you don't release the car until it's confirmed
- Withdrawing from a signed contract carries a €2,000 penalty
