1. Open the ANTS website
Go to immatriculation.ants.gouv.fr and sign in to your account.

2. Start a sale declaration
Choose "Vendre ou donner votre véhicule" (Sell or donate your vehicle) from the list of online procedures.

3. Choose the buyer type
When asked who you sold the vehicle to, select "C’est une personne morale", then "Acquéreur / Acheteur étranger sans numéro de SIRET." This lets you complete the declaration without a SIRET.

4. Fill in the details
Complete all the requested information, specifying that you are declaring the sale to a foreign company that does not have a SIRET.
5. Attach the documents
Upload the required documents: the crossed-out carte grise, proof of address, the CERFA form, your certificate of administrative status, and proof of identity.
Before pickup
Take a clear photo of the crossed-out carte grise before the car is collected — you may need it.
6. Send us your confirmation
Once the deregistration is done, you’ll receive the "Accusé d’enregistrement – Déclaration de cession." Please email us a copy as soon as you receive it.
Don't forget this step
We can only finalise your sale once we have a copy of your Déclaration de cession confirmation.
