Do you accept cars registered under a company name?
Yes, we do accept cars registered under a company’s name. However, the transaction must allow us to purchase the car without VAT/TVA.
Do you commit to future purchases? (Buyback agreement)
Yes. Please specify the desired pickup date in the message field when you send the template.
I’m planning to buy an EV now and sell it in 6 months — what should I know?
We appreciate your interest, but it’s not practical for us to provide an accurate price estimate this far in advance. The market constantly evolves, and the final offer will depend on factors such as the car’s condition, mileage, and optional features at the time of sale.We recommend contacting us 2–3 weeks before you’re ready to sell for the most precise evaluation. As a heads-up, features that tend to hold value well include tow hitch and adaptive cruise control.Also keep in mind: an electric car must be at least 6 months old and have 6,000 km on the odometer before we can buy it (EU VAT regulation).
Who will drive my car onto the truck?
Our professional truck driver will take care of everything. All you need to do is hand over your two sets of keys, the registration papers, and the car itself. Legal signatures and documentation are handled digitally between you and EV-Remarketing.
How old does a car need to be before you can buy it?
An electric car must be at least 6 months old and have a minimum of 6,000 km on the odometer before we can purchase it. This requirement is due to an EU law regarding Value Added Tax (VAT). By following this rule, we avoid double taxation — which allows us to offer you the best possible price.
Do you accept cars that are being leased?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cars that are currently being leased. This is because we would need to purchase the car from the leasing company without VAT/TVA, which is not a viable option for us.Once you have cleared the lease, we will gladly send you an offer.
Do you also buy vans?
Yes, as long as they’re electric!
Who is handling the transport?
Pickup is included — we’ll handle the scheduling for you. Our trusted transport partner will coordinate directly with you to arrange a convenient time.
Do you buy cars with damages?
Yes, but please be thorough when submitting your car. Upload clear photos of all damages and include an accurate description. Any misinformation can lead to a breach of contract, which carries a €2,000 penalty.Once we receive the car, damages will be evaluated by a professional mechanic. Depending on the findings, we may request an adjusted payment from the seller.
