A note on your vehicle registration certificate

This is the official document proving the car is registered in your name. It must reflect your current name and address.

Service book — why it matters and what we need

A complete service history protects the car's warranty and can significantly increase its value. When submitting your car, please include photos of your service book stamps and any relevant invoices. Service intervals vary by brand — use the table below to check what applies to your car.

A note on deregistration

Before handing over your car, you will need to deregister it with your local authority. Our driver cannot take the car until this is done. The process varies by country — if you’re unsure how to do this, contact us and we’ll guide you.
