When pickup happens

- Approximately 60 minutes before arrival, from a Lithuanian or French phone number.
Make sure you — or someone on your behalf — is available to hand over the car.
Give yourself breathing room
If you have a date in mind by which the car needs to be gone, contact us 2–3 weeks ahead. That leaves comfortable margin for the offer, contract, payment and collection to all complete without anyone feeling rushed.
If the time doesn't work
Someone else can hand over the car on your behalf — a neighbour, friend, or family member is perfectly fine, as long as they have the keys and documents ready.
Our drivers run on regulated schedules
They cannot wait if no one is available at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
